Vision
To be a sovereign wealth fund sufficiently endowed to improve the level of financial autonomy of Rwanda as a nation.
Mission
To grow a sustainable and self-sufficient fund with a long-term horizon, investing on a commercial basis, to deliver financial returns to build up public savings and catalyze economic impact in Rwanda.
Mandate
Our mandate is to maximize the Fund's return over the long term, without undue risk, so as to reduce Rwanda's debt burden and secure a better Rwanda for future generations.
Values
AgDF belongs to the people of Rwanda
Our core values as an organization include running AgDF in a professional and prudent manner, because we are conscious of the fact that AgDF belongs to the people of Rwanda.
