Ismael Amri Sued
Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary
Ismael serves as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, overseeing Agaciro's legal, governance and corporate affairs. He combines strong legal expertise with a commercially minded and pragmatic approach to supporting the institution's strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Agaciro, Ismael advised a broad range of corporations and institutions on commercial and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues, and investment fund structuring, both in private practice and as in-house counsel in Rwanda. At the international level, he has worked with and advised development finance institutions, including the World Bank and USAID, as well as governments on the negotiation and implementation of major development projects.
Ismael holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the University of Lyon and is a non-practising member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the Institute of Business Advisers Southern Africa.
