Lilian is an experienced People and Organizational Development practitioner with over 14 years of experience in human capital, organizational development, talent management, and performance improvement. Throughout her career, she has led transformative initiatives in culture change, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and skills development across the financial services and manufacturing sectors.
She partners with leadership to design and implement people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen employee experience, and cultivate high-performing workplace cultures aligned with business objectives.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Lilian is also a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Trainer. She is passionate about developing leaders, empowering teams, and driving sustainable organizational growth through innovative and practical people solutions that create lasting impact.
