Sandrine Isimbi Butera
Administrative Officer
Sandrine serves as the Administrative Officer at Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF), Rwanda's sovereign wealth fund, where she supports the Fund's administrative operations and contributes to the efficient coordination of institutional activities.
Prior to joining AgDF, Sandrine built a diverse professional background across the healthcare, energy, infrastructure, and events management sectors, gaining experience in administration, operations coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational support.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in General Management from the Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA).
