Sedar Sagamba

Sedar is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with over eight years of experience safeguarding the digital infrastructure of the Agaciro Development Fund, Rwanda's sovereign wealth fund, an institution where data integrity and security are of the highest national importance.

In his role as IT Officer, Sedar oversees network management, cybersecurity operations, and systems optimization, bringing a strong understanding of risk management, data governance, and IT alignment within a highly regulated financial environment.

His expertise is backed by a portfolio of internationally recognized certifications spanning cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and advanced networking including the CISSP, CEH, CCNP, CCNA, and CND.

A graduate of Saint Lawrence University, he combines technical depth with a strategic mindset, bridging day-to-day IT operations with long-term institutional security goals.
