IT Officer
Sedar is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with over eight years of experience safeguarding the digital infrastructure of the Agaciro Development Fund, Rwanda's sovereign wealth fund — an institution where data integrity and security are of the highest national importance.
In his role as IT Officer, Sedar oversees network management, cybersecurity operations, and systems optimization, bringing a strong understanding of risk management, data governance, and IT alignment within a highly regulated financial environment.
His expertise is backed by a portfolio of internationally recognized certifications spanning cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and advanced networking including the CISSP, CEH, CCNP, CCNA, and CND.
A graduate of Saint Lawrence University, he combines technical depth with a strategic mindset, bridging day-to-day IT operations with long-term institutional security goals.
